Minister of State in the Environment Ministry, Shri Babul Supriyo, different authorities in the Ministry, Chief Ministers of the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Goa, Deputy Chief Ministers and 24 Forest Ministers from different States took an interest in the four-hour long meeting held through video conferencing. 

Shri Javadekar tending to the meeting said that, "We have taken numerous activities to bring out groundbreaking changes in our strategies and projects and actualize a few plans which incorporates monstrous tree estate, advancing urban forestry through Nagar Van Scheme, Landscape based catchment treatment of 13 significant streams, LiDAR based overview of debased forest zones for soil dampness protection projects and dispatch of National Transit Portal to encourage smooth development of Forest produce."
